In order to ensure your booking is fulfilled correctly, we recommend you read these instructions and have a clear understanding of how to make the booking, so that when you arrive on the day to the salon, there are no surprises.

PRICES THAT STATE 'FROM' ARE A GUIDELINE ONLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON CONSULTATION AND ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. FOR CLARIFICATION, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

 

1)  If you are unsure about what service you require, you can click here to get a descriptive breakdown of each service, which will allow you to choose the correct option.

 

2)  Choose the stylist you would prefer to carry out your service. If it shows that the stylist is not available, then this will be due to either a booking already, they are on day off, holiday or otherwise engaged with training, meetings etc. You can meet our stylists by clicking here:

 

3)  Take the time to familiarise yourself with the options as they are in alphabetical order under the categories. If you are unsure about anything at all, please get in touch with us before booking.

4)  Choose a date & time that is suitable for you. As before, if your preferred time is not available, then this is likely due to a booking already in place, or the stylist is not available.

5)  Fill in your personal details so we know who you are. This will also allow us the opportunity to view your history treatments and prepare for your visit. You will then be sent a confirmation for the appointment.

6)  If for any reason, however big or small you cannot make the appointment, we would ask for your co-operation in cancelling the appointment. You can do this via the email confirmation or simply by calling the salon.

7) We may call you after receiving your booking to request a deposit payment. This helps to secure your booking and reduce no-show appointments.
